Terms of service

VI Guide provides booking, coordination, and information services for independently authorized taxi operators and participating taxi associations. Taxi transportation remains subject to the official Virgin Islands taxi tariff and applicable law.

Bookings and fares

Displayed taxi fares must come from the active published tariff configured for the selected route. Service preferences do not create surge pricing or replace the official fare. A booking is not assigned until payment and operator eligibility checks are complete.

Cancellations and changes

Cancellation, waiting-time, luggage, and additional charges apply only when authorized by the published tariff or a separately disclosed agreement. Any amount requiring review will be shown before it is collected.

Operators

Drivers and vehicles are supplied by participating licensed operators or associations. Operators remain responsible for their licenses, credentials, vehicles, insurance, safety, and transportation services.
