We use account, contact, booking, pickup, destination, payment-status, and support information to arrange transportation, operate dispatch, prevent fraud, provide customer service, and meet legal obligations.

Optional traveler insights

You can choose to share bounded feature-use, search-result, trip-intent, and outcome data to help improve VI Guide. This optional product-learning data excludes precise location, raw payment credentials, street addresses, contact information, and full Concierge conversations. You can withdraw product-learning consent from My Trip at any time. Feedback you deliberately submit about a completed booking may be retained as a service-quality record.

Location and trip data

Trip endpoints and operational status are shared only with participating dispatch staff, the assigned operator, and service providers needed to complete the booking.

Payments

Payment credentials are processed by the configured payment provider. VI Guide should not store raw card numbers.

Retention and requests

Operational and financial records are retained only as needed for service, safety, disputes, accounting, and regulatory obligations. Contact support to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable.
